Veterinary Technology
Veterinary Technicians are in short supply at the present time. This is a
field where you can combine your love for animals with your career goals.
The Veterinary Technology Program is designed to prepare entry-level
veterinary technicians via classroom study, laboratory, and clinical practice
with fundamental veterinary technician skills. After successful completion of
the program, you should be able to successfully complete the licensing
requirements of your state. This program will work toward meeting the needs of
the State of Nebraska for well qualified veterinary technicians to perform
duties under the scope of the Veterinary Medicine Practice Act.
